Isang video mula sa YouTube channel na “Viral TV” ang maling nagpahayag na naglabas na daw ng warrant of arrest ang International Criminal Court o ICC laban kay Sen. Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa kaugnay ng kampanya kontra droga ng nakaraang administrasyon.
Red flag: Pinakita sa thumbnail ng video ang isang larawan ni Dela Rosa na may hawak na dokumento habang napapaligiran ng mga tao.
- May caption and video na nagsasabing, “Lagot! BATO Dela Rosa, HINULI na ng ICC! Warrant of Arrest NILABAS na! MAKAKASAMA na nya si DIGONG!”
- Kita rin sa simula ng video si Dela Rosa na napapaligiran ng mga tao.

- Ang larawan na ginamit sa thumbnail, na diumano nagpapakita na hawak niya ang arrest warrant, ay larawan ni Dela Rosa na hawak-hawak ang kanyang Certificate of Candidacy sa pagka-senador. Ang larawan na ito ay mula sa isang Philstar.com article na nilabas noong Oct 12, 2018.
- Ayon sa ICC records noong Aug. 20, 2025, wala pang nilalabas na warrant of arrest laban kay Dela Rosa.
- Base riin sa isang Facebook post ni Dela Rosa, siya ay nakadalo pa sa unang pagdinig ng Senate Blue Ribbon Committee noong Aug 19, 2025.
- Kita din sa isa pang Facebook post ni Dela Rosa noong Nov 23, 2024 na humarap pa siya sa isang panayam sa harap ng St. Luke’s Medical Center.
Rewind: Bilang dating hepe ng Philippine National Police o PNP sa ilalim ng administrasyong Duterte, si Dela Rosa played ay isa sa pangunahing personalidad sa kampanya kontra droga.
