Isang dating broadcaster and nagpost ng pekeng larawan ni CNN anchor Anderson Cooper na di umano’y nagbabalita raw na pinag-uusapan na sa buong mundo ang pangulo ng Pilipinas dahil sa umano’y paggamit nito ng iligal na droga.
Makikita sa minanipulang larawan na ginamit ni ex-newscaster Jay Sonza ang logo ng CNN na nilagyan ng pekeng headline na “Philippines faces unique challenges with cocaine-addicted president.”
Ang orihinal na larawan ni Cooper ay kinuha sa isang video noong Enero 12, 2024, kung saan tinatanong ni CNN reporter Harry Enten ang anchor tungkol sa mga koponan ng National Football League.
Ang pekeng pahayag na ito ay tila naglalayong dagdagan ang epekto ng deep fake video ni President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. na gumagamit umano ng iligal na droga.
