Ang orihinal na video ay mula sa guest appearance ni Swift sa American talk show na “Late Night with Seth Meyers,” na in-upload sa YouTube noong Nobyembre 14, 2021.
Si Swift ay nasa nasabing show para i-promote ang kanyang album na “Red (Taylor’s Version).”
Hindi rin binanggit ng pop star ang kaniyang concert na Eras tour, at wala rin siyang sinabi tungkol sa “Diehard Duterte Supporters” sa nasabing interview.
Ang Eras Tour ay opisyal na inanunsyo sa Good Morning America (GMA) at sa kanyang Instagram post noong Nobyembre 1 ng kasunod na taon.
Ang mga anunsyo para sa mga petsa ng tour niya sa Asya ay inilabas noong Hunyo 21, 2023, at ito ay para lamang sa Singapore at Japan.
