May ilang mga  post sa X (dating Twitter) ang maling nagpahayag na ang Panguil Bay Bridge Project daw ay isang malaking proyekto sa ilalim ng “Build Build Build” infrastructure program ng dating Pangulo Rodrigo Duterte.

Nagpakita ang naturang mga post ng paghanga at pasasalamat sa dating pangulo ngunit hindi binanggit ang kontribusyon ng mga ibang mga administrasyon dito.

Ipinapakita ng mga talaan na ang Panguil Bay Bridge Project ay nabuo at inaprubahan noong administrasyon ng pumanaw na dating pangulong si Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III.
