CLAIM: Sumuko raw ang kontrobersyal na pastor na si Apollo Quiboloy kay Davao Region police chief Nicolas Torre III.

Isang TikTok video ang maling nagsabi na ang self-proclaimed “Appointed Son of God” na si Pastor Apollo Quiboloy ay sumuko raw kay police chief Nicolas Torre III.

Sa video na lumabas sa TikTok noong Sept. 1, makikita si Quiboloy na nakatayo sa pagitan ni Torre at isang hindi kinilalang opisyales ng Philippine National Police o PNP.

Kung titingnan itong mabuti, makikita na ang video ay may “runway” na watermark sa ibabang kanang sulok nito, na nagpapahiwatig na ito ay gawa ng AI.

Makikita ang mga palatandaan ng AI generation, gaya ng saliwang mga ngiti at masyadong mahabang kamayan sa pagitan ni Torre at isang heneral ng PNP.

Ang user na si @ryanestobo ay may luma nang mga post na may kaparehong watermark mula sa Runway AI.

Minarkahan ng “suspicious” o kaduda-duda ang naturang content matapos ang pagsusuri nito sa tulong ng AI-detection software na Sensity.

Si Quiboloy ay “mapayapang sumuko” sa mga opisyales ng military intelligence, hindi kay Torre, noong Setyembre 8, na nagtapos sa police manhunt. 

Sinabi ni Torre na “he was only informed by [the] secretary (Interior Secretary Benhur Abalos) that Quiboloy has surrendered [na-inform lamang siya ng secretary (Interior Secretary Benhur Abalos) na nag-surrender na si Quiboloy.” Hurt Allauigan (Translated by: Yesha Santos)
