CLAIM: Inaresto na ng International Criminal Court at ipinadala na sa Netherlands si Sen. Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa

Isang YouTube channel ang naglabas ng isang video na maling nagsabi na nahuli na raw ng International Criminal Court o ICC si Sen. Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa at ipinadala na sa The Hague sa Netherlands.
Pinamagatang “Bato Dela Rosa, HINULI na ng ICC! PINATAPON na din sa Netherlands,” ang naturang video na inupload ng channel na “Viral TV,” ay may thumbnail na nagpapakita sa ilang mga kapulisan na umano’y kasama si Dela Rosa na tila emosyonal.
Pero ang unang litratong ginamit nila para suportahan ang kanilang claim ay isang cropped na larawan mula sa court arraignment ni Kingdom of Jesus Christ founder Apollo Quiboloy sa Pasig Regional Trial Court Branch 159 noong Sept. 13 ng nakaraang taon. In-edit lamang ang ito para maging black and white.
Ginamit din sa thumbnail ng naturang video ang emosyonal na larawan ng senador na kinuha naman noon pang Sept. 5, 2017, kasagsagan ng imbestigasyon ng senado sa pagpaslang kay Kian Delos Santos kaugnay ng Oplan Tokhang sa ilalim ng pamumuno ng noo’y Philippine National Police Chief na si Dela Rosa.
Ngunit sa kabila ng claim na ito, hindi totoong inaresto na ang senador. Sa katunayan, dumalo pa si Dela Rosa sa pagdinig sa senado noong June 10 kung saan nagsuot siya ng isang crimson robe bilang senator-judge sa impeachment trial ni Vice President Sara Duterte.
Nagpost din siya sa sarili at opisyal niyang Facebook account ng litrato suot ang kaniyang robe habang nasa loob ng plenary hall ng senado.
Matatandaang kabilang ang pangalan ni Dela Rosa sa aplikasyon ng ICC para sa isang warrant of arrest bilang kasabwat ng kampanya ni Duterte laban sa droga.
