FACT-CHECK: Hindi nakumpleto ni Duterte ang kanyang achievement sa tatlong buwan

CLAIM: Isang TikTok video ang nagpapakita ng mga nagawa ni Duterte sa loob lamang ng tatlong buwan bilang pangulo.

Pinost ng isang pro-Duterte na Tiktok user ang series ng mga video na nagpapakita umano ng mga naging achievement ni dating pangulong Rodrigo Duterte, at sinabi na natapos daw ang mga ito sa loob lamang ng tatlong buwan.

Ilan sa mga umano’y achievements niya na nabanggit sa video ay ang pagkawala ng “tanim-bala” (ang pagtanim ng bala sa bagahe ng mga pasahero sa airport), pag-extend ng validity ng pasaporte hanggang 10 na taon, at iba pa.

“Achievement of President Rodrigo Duterte sa loob ng 3 BUWAN! Na hindi ibinabalita ng mga TV-Networks sa Pilipinas,” ani sa video.

Ngunit sa katunayan, ang iba dito ay natapos sa labas ng tatlong buwan na nabanggit. Ilang halimbawa ng mga achievement ni dating pangulong Duterte ay ang pag-apruba ng Magna Carta for Women noong 2016.

Noong 2018, in-apruba din niya bilang batas ang Free Irrigation Services Act.

Higit dito, in-implement din niya ang 911 bilang panibagong national emergency number noong Mayo 2018.

Ayon sa mga opisyal na dokumento, hindi nangyari kahit papaano sa loob ng 3 na buwan ang mga achievement na ito.

Nagpapakita ng 35 na slides ang video, at ang simula nito ay “Wala ng Tanim-Bala.”

Ang naturang video ay nakakuha ng cumulative 137,500 likes, 2,975 comments, at 5,627 na shares. Kenneth Fernando
