Nagpakalat ng maling impormasyon ang Facebook page na “Makamasang OFW DDS International” kung saan sinasabing personal na nagkita si Sen. Bato Dela Rosa at dating pangulong Duterte sa selda ng ICC.
May kalakip pang dalawang larawan ang post bilang “patunay.”
Ang unang larawan ay kuha ni Dela Rosa sa harap ng isang police vehicle. Orihinal itong in-upload sa kanyang verified Facebook page noong Mayo 24, 2025, bilang bahagi ng kanyang opisyal na biyahe sa Europe.
Ang naturang 2022 post ay bahagi lamang ng pagbati ni Dela Rosa para sa isang “drug-free Christmas at crime-free New Year.”
Sa kabuuan, wala sa opisyal na Facebook page ni Dela Rosa ang nagpapakita ng personal na pagkikita nila ni Duterte habang siya ay nasa Europe.
