Isang video mula sa YouTube channel na “PINAS NEWS INSIDER” ang naglalaman ng AI-generated audio na gumagaya sa boses ni Ted Failon upang mapanlinlang na ipakita na kinukuwestiyon niya ang imbestigasyon ni sen. Risa Hontiveros kay Apollo Quiboloy.
Sa pekeng clip, ipinalabas na sinasabihan daw ni Failon ang mambabatas: “Sen. Risa Hontiveros, ano ba inyong pinupuntirya batas, kung meron man, to justify the continuous hearing of the particular case? Kasi para ho pamabulaanan ang iba, you’re going to persecute Apollo Quiboloy wala kayong intensiyon kundi pahiyain siya. Wala kayong intensyon kundi siraan siya e.”
Ang minanipulang recording na ito ay in-edit mula sa clip ni Failon noong 2020 kung saan inaanunsyo niya ang kaniyang pag-alis sa ABS-CBN.
Kabaligtaran sa sinabi sa pekeng video, hindi naglabas ng pahayag ang broadcaster sa show niyang “Ted Failon and DJ ChaCha sa Radyo 5,” partikular na sa panayam niya kay Hontiveros.
