CLAIM: Pasok si Francis Leo Marcos sa top 10 ng senatorial survey ng Oculum Research and Analytics.

Isang Facebook post noong Huwebes ang maling nagpakalat ng impormasyon na kasama sa top 10 senatorial candidates ng pinakabagong survey ng Oculum Research and Analytics si Norman Mangusin, na kilala bilang “Francis Leo Marcos.”

Ang page na “FoodGenius Vlog” ay nag-post ng isang pekeng balita na may caption na nagsasabing: “BREAKING: Francis Leo Marcos Breaks Into the Top 10 in the Latest Oculum Research and Analytics Survey for the 2025 Philippine Senatorial Elections.”

Gayunpaman, ipinakita ng resulta ng pinagsamang survey ng Oculum-RMN Networks na hindi man lang nakapasok si Mangusin sa top 25 ng listahan.

Hindi rin kasama ang pangalan ni Mangusin sa pinakabagong ballot face template ng Commission on Elections (Comelec).

Ang hindi pagkakasama ng kanyang pangalan sa opisyal na listahan ng Comelec bago ang survey period (Disyembre 16-22) ay nangangahulugang hindi siya kabilang sa mga maaaring mapili sa naturang survey.

Sa kasalukuyan, iniutos ng Korte Suprema sa Comelec na isama ang pangalan ni Mangusin sa balota para sa nalalapit na eleksyon sa Mayo.

Gayunpaman, umatras si Mangusin sa kanyang kandidatura noong Enero 24.

Dahil dito, naglabas ng resolusyon ang Comelec na naglista ng 66 na kandidato, at hindi na kabilang ang pangalan ni Mangusin sa opisyal na listahan. Hurt Allauigan
