CLAIM: President Marcos Jr. breaks his silence and disclosed the truth about the video showing him using drugs.

Facebook personality “Tio Moreno,” posted a manipulated photo of President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. and Vice President Sara “Inday” Duterte, and falsely claimed that Marcos Jr. had come forward to address a video circulating on social media that alleged his involvement with illegal drugs.
The original photo in Moreno’s post was a screenshot from the TikTok video of the two-time gold medalist Carlos Yulo along with his partner, Chloe San Jose, in which they responded to allegations made by Yulo’s mother.
Marcos Jr. did not issue any statement about the “polvoron” video. The Department of the Interior and Local Government and the National Bureau of Investigation however held a joint press briefing to address the matter.
