Wala gayud malambigit sa pagpangawat ug kurapsyon ang tulo sa mga gahin alang sa Supertyphoon “Yolanda” relief ug rehabilitation efforts.

Ang maong gahin gikan sa gobyerno, sa mga donasyon sa laing mga nasud ug ubang mga grupo.

Ang unang nipasaring sa mga iregularidad sa paggamit sa Yolanda funds mao si kanhi Davao City Mayor, ug niadtong tungura, presidential candidate Rodrigo Duterte. 

“They are silent about it. Gusto ko tanungin si Mar. Billion ang dumating sa bansa nung Yolanda, saan ang pera,” sigon ni Duterte sa report sa Inquirer niadtong Marso 2016. Ang gipasabot ni Duterte ang kanhi interior secretary Mar Roxas, kinsa maoy nagdala sa relief operations. 

Wa’y mga records nga nagpakita nga dunay napasaka nga sumbong batok ni Aquino, Roxas ug bisan ni Robredo maylabot sa paggamit sa Yolanda funds. 

Ang labing uwahi nga report sa gobyerno kabahin sa Yolanda funds ang gikan sa Commission on Audit (COA) niadtong 2020 Audit Report. Sa maong report, gisita sa COA ang kapakyas sa Office of Civil Defence sa pag-liquidate sa ilang paggamit sa P24.6 milyon nga alang unta sa mga biktima sa bagyo nga Yolanda. Wala mahisguti sa maong COA report ang pangalan nila Aquino, Roxas, ug Robredo.
