CLAIM: Alice Guo was recorded crying and shouting after hearing that a warrant of arrest had been issued to her.

RATING: FALSE

A TikTok user falsely claimed that Alice Guo shouted and cried after hearing that a warrant of arrest had been issued to her.

The uploader combined two different audio clips in the video.

The video contained audio of a man saying “pwedeng magbitiw ng warrant of arrest para dalhin siya sa Senado” (a warrant of arrest may be issued to bring her to the Senate) and a woman screaming, “Hindi niyo alam lahat ng problema ko. Lahat kayo” (You don’t know about all of my problems. All of you).

The second audio clip used by the uploader was originally from another TikTok user, Jossie_002, which was posted in 2023.

This old clip was used multiple times by different TikTok users in 2023.

The first arrest warrant issued to Alice Guo was from Capas, Tarlac Regional Trial Court Branch 109, on Sept. 5, 2024. Aaron Bartilad
