The Department of Justice (DOJ) has reported 39 new coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) infections among its staff since the start of 2022.

Among the said number, 35 of them are currently undergoing medical treatment while four have already beaten the deadly respiratory illness. 

The DOJ has reported a total of 741 confirmed Covid-19 infections among its personnel since the pandemic started. 

Meanwhile, 97.63% or 6,106 of its employees have already received their Covid-19 vaccines as of January 6. 

From the count, 6,064 or 96.96% have been fully vaccinated while 42 or 0.67% have received the first dose. Ronald Espartinez
