The Department of Health Davao Region reported Sunday 121 new cases of Covid-19 in the region bringing its total number of active cases to 121.
The region’s case load is now at 23,519.
Davao City reported the highest number of new cases with 73 followed by Davao del Norte with 27, 12 are from Davao de Oro, 7 are from Davao del Sur, and 2 are from Davao Occidental.
Davao City still has the highest number of active cases with 382, followed by Davao del Norte with 281, Davao de Oro with 151, Davao del Sur with 70, Davao Oriental with 20 and Davao Occidental with 11.
79.5% of the active cases or 722 patients are asymptomatic, 15.9% (144) are mild, 4.3% (39) are severe and 0.3% (3) are critical.
No Covid-19 death was reported. Death toll stands at 984 or 4.2% of total cases.
The region reported 17 recoveries, of which 14 are from Davao City and 3 are from Davao Oriental. Total recoveries is at 21,627 or 92% of total cases.
