The Philippines’ coronavirus tally increased to 603,308 after the Department of Health (DOH) reported 2,886 new infections.
Currently, there are 44,470 active Covid-19 cases undergoing medical treatment or quarantine.
The country’s recovery rate spiked to 546,293 with 221 more patients winning the fight against the deadly respiratory illness.
