The Department of Health (DOH) announced that the Bangsamoro region has launched a one-stop shop for Covid-19 vaccination and routine immunization.

“The Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) government, in collaboration with the Ministry of Health (MOH), installed Covid-19 vaccination and routine immunization hubs in a One Stop Shop Vaccination,” the DOH shared via a Facebook post.

“With this, more people in the region can easily access vaccination and routine immunization for the protection of the community,” it added.

The BARMM earlier reported low Covid-19 inoculation rates forcing the government to schedule special vaccination days in the region last May.

According to the latest DOH data, BARMM has the lowest Covid-19 vaccination rate in the country with only 1,844,370 doses administered or a little over 30% of targeted individuals.

The BARMM’s one-stop shop also provides similar services like in Animal Bite Treatment Centers.
