State weather bureau Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said three weather systems will bring rains in Metro Manila and the rest of the country.

Pagasa said in its 4 p.m. forecast that the northeast monsoon (Amihan) continues to influence Luzon and will trigger cloudy skies with rains in Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Bicol Region, Aurora, Quezon, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, and Romblon.

Metro Manila as well as the rest of Luzon will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with light rains.

Cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms will take over the Visayas region because of the shear line. Mindanao will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms.

Pagasa said the rainfall may trigger flash floods and landslides in the affected areas.
