Citing July 28 data from the UP Health Service public health unit, the UP Diliman Covid-19 task force confirmed that of the 118,, 45 were active cases.

It also announced that 67 have recovered while six have died of the disease.

Eighty-eight were residents of Barangay UP Campus (59 UP Diliman constituents and 29 non-UP Diliman constituents) and 30 were non-campus residents (24 UP Diliman constituents and six non-UP Diliman constituents).

The university strongly urged its employees, students and residents of the UP Campus village to adhere to health protocols.
